Boat America Public Education Course (Education)
Boat America is a boating certificate class that offers an in-depth and interesting boating safety course that provides the knowledge needed to obtain a boating certificate. Massachusetts implemented a boater safety certificate requirement - if born after 1/1/1989, must obtain certificate by 4/1/026. If born on or before 1/1/89, must obtain certificate before 4/1/2028.
