**2023** We have had almost a 100% renewal rate for this season, therefore have no availability for new inquiries.

Due to extremely high demand and a low amount of turnover with current renters, we are not currently taking names for a waiting list for boat slips.

Please note that we are also not able to dock sailboats due to a low power line at the entrance to the marina.
