2025 Spring Service Authorization


Battery: I understand that Lakeview Marine will test my battery when recommissioning. If the battery fails to take a charge, I authorize Lakeview Marine to install a new battery at my expense.

Launches to Webster Lake: I understand that I will receive a call or text to the number provided on this form when my boat has been launched and I will remove my vessel within 48 hours. I understand that after 48 hours I may be charged an in-water storage fee of up to $50 per day.

Webster Lake Delivery: I understand that if delivery on Webster Lake is requested or required, I will be charged a delivery fee of $100.
Other Lake Deliveries: Appointments are booked on a first-come, first-serve basis. On the day of delivery the driver will not leave Lakeview Marine until they have confirmed with me the time and location to meet with my boat. Unless prior arrangement is made, I will have someone meet the driver who can safely drive my vessel off the trailer and to my home.
 

As the owner of the boat or property, I agree to the above terms and conditions of service and/or storage, and release Lakeview Marine, Inc. and rental property owners of all claims of loss or damage.
